Sometimes genius lies in the past rather than the future, which was the case for Sarah Kaeck when she was researching environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic wrap, at home on her farm in northern Vermont in the US.
She came across the tradtiion of using beeswax in food preservation and was inspired to launch a range of reusable beeswax, jojoba and tree resin coated organic cotton food wraps. Available in three different sizes, simply wrap cheeses, bread, fruit or cover bowls with the malleable cloth, and use the warmth of your hands to create a temporary seal that is created when the material cools. To reuse, wash the wrap in cool water and pat dry.
We've three selection packs of Bee's Wrap to give away, comprising of small, medium and large wraps, valued at $34.00 each. To be in to win, simply enter your details in the form below!
