Two of the biggest names on the Australasian fine dining scene are joining forces for a spectacular one-night only degustation this August.
Mark Best started out as an electrician in the gold mines of Western Australia before picking up the knives at age 25. After working in some of the best restaurants, Best opened Marque in Sydney in 1999.
This Restaurant Month, Best teams up with Des Harris for the first time alongside the award winning Clooney dining room to create an extraordinary degustation evening on 12 August. Further details here.
