Taking place at Auckland's Botswana Butchery on July 4th, the ‘Game On’ dinner will be presented with the finest selection of game meat, matched to amazing wines from around the world.
The menu includes buffalo sliders, pan seared ostrich, chargrilled swordfish, Raukumara venison loin, slow-roasted goat and roasted duck.
Botswana Butchery's talented Head Chef Stuart Rogan and Clive Weston, Managing Director of Negociants, will give insight into the food and wine matches on the night.
