With warmer climes finally on the horizon, the thought of escaping to beautiful Nelson for The New Zealand Cider Festival this November, is our idea of the ideal weekend.
The New Zealand Cider Festival will return for its second year on Saturday, November 4, boasting a tasty line-up of artisanal producers, breweries and entertainment offerings, including an interactive talk with Dish drinks writer Yvonne Lorkin.
In keeping with their debut run, the festival will showcase more than 80 different cider varieties, offering visitors an afternoon of sampling, savouring and pure discovery.
Ticket-holders will be treated to performances by the likes of Hopetoun Brown and Bryce Wastney among others, for an unmatched afternoon of good company and great cider.
