Comprised of new dishes as well as options from their existing á la carte list, Cassia's new tasting menu is perfect for the hungry and curious, allowing diners to try more courses than usual.
Executive chef and owner Sid Sahrwawat describes the menu as a "new Cassia experience" and is excited about it's potential for further innovation and creativity.
The menu will change monthly and is available from Tuesday – Saturday from 5.30pm. The menu is available at $70 per person and there is a wine pairing option to accompany each course for $45 in total.
