After a raft of calls for a vegetarian option, My Food Bag has added the choice to its range of home delivered recipes and ingredients – perfectly timed for October’s World Vegetarian Awareness Month.
Head chef and dietitian Nadia Lim says My Veggie Bag, like My Food Bag’s other offerings, focuses on fresh, healthy and delicious meals and is designed to help to instil variety and creativity in to the diets of vegetarian foodies.
“Many vegetarians crave inspiration in the kitchen and are on the lookout for dinner ideas that are packed with flavour and simple to prepare.
