From an all-star line-up of local and international food legends to masterclasses and global flavours, this year, the Dish team will be front and centre for four days of pure deliciousness.
Among this year's headliners is MasterChef Australia co-judge and celebrated restaurateur George Calombaris (read our interview with George here) who will be welcomed with an Opening Night Gala Dinner, bringing a taste of his highly regarded restaurant The Press Club to Auckland.
The Melbourne-based celebrity chef will be on-site during the Saturday sessions, serving up delicious pro-tips and industry insight with hungry punters.
