This festive season Nespresso and world-renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé have joined forces to create a bespoke collection. Featuring three exceptional limited-edition coffees and a range of elevated machines and accessories, this range makes for an array of timeless gifts to surprise your friends and family.
Both Nespresso and Pierre Hermé have the same dedication to quality and attention to detail, so it's no surprise that this year's Festive Collection provides a multisensory experience for all coffee lovers. The collaboration builds upon Pierre Hermé’s extensive background as an expert of flavour, bringing Kiwis a collection that will delight the most discerning of palates.
The collection includes three Vertuo coffees, Infiniment Double Espresso, Infiniment Fruité and Infiniment Gourmand as well as three new additions to the Original range including Infiniment Espresso, Infiniment Gourmand and Infiniment Fruité.

Raspberry Spritz
with Vertuo Infiniment Fruité
Makes 4 servings
A refreshing, summer cocktail best enjoyed as a moment of shared indulgence with loved ones
Ingredients:
1 x Vertuo Infiniment Fruité capsule
160ml Lillet Aperitif (40ml per person)
160ml prosecco (40ml per person)
25ml simple syrup
10ml raspberry syrup
Freeze dried raspberry
150g ice
Equipment Required:
Nespresso Vertuo machine
Vertuo Carafe & stirrer
Reveal Cold Glasses
Method:
Fill a Vertuo Carafe with ice.
Pour 25ml simple syrup and 10ml raspberry syrup into the Carafe over the ice.
Extract 1 x Vertuo Infiniment Fruité capsule into the carafe over ice and stir to chill.
Fill 4 x Reveal Cold glasses with ice and add 40ml Lillet and 40ml prosecco to each glass.
Add 60ml chilled coffee over each spritz.
Top with freeze dried raspberry.
