A Sneak Peek Inside Issue 109

Issue 109 hits the shelves Monday, May 8th and we’re so excited to share a sneak peek with you! 

What’s Inside? 
Cosy up and take comfort as you flick through this latest issue of dish, packed with recipes for you to make and share with loved ones. Melie makes some indulgent desserts and Claire breaks out the baking tins, so boil the jug and settle in for some sweet treats! For dinner, there are six no-fuss chicken tray bakes packed with flavour to choose from, plus plenty of meals for two and meatball recipes.



The Recipes 
Issue 109 is all about comfort with an abundance of recipes that will have you cozied up in these cooler months. Olivia starts by bringing a collection of meatball recipes, including her Cassoulet-style Smoky Bacon Meatballs with rich tomato sauce and cannellini beans. We then focus on no-fuss dishes with six chicken tray bakes, including Claire’s Spicy Cashew Nut, Pumpkin and Ginger Chicken – a rich and fragrant dream. We also tuck right into the sweets with a Caramel and Biscoff Loaf which combines the much-loved Biscoff spread with warm aromatic speculoos spice mix and a drizzle of rich silky caramel sauce.

Cassie chats all things food with Entrepreneur, Cecilia Robinson in our latest edition of The Plating Game. Meanwhile, Sarah tours across Wellington to find all of the must-go foodie spots. And Drinks Editor, Yvonne, takes the Tasting Panel to round up the best pinot noir in the country!
