Phoenix Drinks Shares the Love
Phoenix Drinks has released a range of limited-edition bottles with beautiful design and a beautiful meaning.
Phoenix has released a limited-edition range of its organic cola, lemonade and ginger beer flavours, with beautiful artwork on its bottles designed by local and Australian artists. It's not a sales ploy, but rather an awareness campaign for the Kiwi beverage brand's Phoenix Love Project – a collaboration with Sustainable Coastlines and Tangaroa Blue Project to give New Zealanders the tools to help clean up our world-renowned beaches.
The project is inviting people to visit the Phoenix Facebook page, and vote for the beach they'd like to be cleaned up. More than 1 litres of rubbish (equivalent to 31 full shipping containers) collected from local beaches since 2009 – it’s something that deserves our attention.
The drinks are available in grocery stores and cafes across the country and in Australia.

Issue #115
Issue 115 is packed with inspiration for all kinds of cosy meals – whether you’re dining alone, as two or with a few. We start with our Plating Game interview with Jesse Mulligan which inspired a medley of curries and sides then move on to a round up of easy one-pan chicken dishes, a variety of pasta bakes and meatballs, and using one simple yet delicious tart base we whip up five fab filling options. Sarah’s wintry faves include a moreish chorizo (not) carbonara, lamb and spinach filo pie and we finish off with sweet treats and decadent puds. We love seeing what you create, don’t forget to share your dish dishes with our Facebook community. When it comes to winter cooking, make it SIMPLY YUM!
